If you have no knowledge of PHP there are 3 things you can do:

1) Use a wordpress plugin. Google “meta keyword description wordpress plugin” or some such. One of the top results I got was http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/ . I haven’t tried this plugin myself, but you can try that one or one similar.

2) Open header.php and write the meta tags directly into the file. This has the big disadvantage of making the meta tags on all your pages identical.

3) Learn more about php. Try http://www.php.net/manual/en/ , http://www.php.net/ , http://www.w3schools.com/PHP/DEfaULT.asP , etc.
